NinetyMinsTerms of use
1. Agreement
By downloading or using NinetyMins (the "app") or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
NinetyMins shows live scores, fixtures, results, statistics, tables, news and optional alerts for football and cricket. The app is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Accuracy of data
Sports data comes from third-party sources and is provided "as is". Scores may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong, and alerts may arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on NinetyMins for betting, wagering or any decision where accuracy or timing is critical. NinetyMins does not offer or promote gambling.
4. Trademarks and independence
NinetyMins is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to FIFA, UEFA, the ICC, ESPN, any league, club, team, player or governing body. Team, competition and player names are used only to identify them, and any marks belong to their respective owners. The app does not use official club crests or competition logos.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app's data feeds; not to interfere with or overload our servers; and not to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
6. Content
News articles are written by the NinetyMins newsroom. The app's design, text and code belong to Dream Group International · DreamIT.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time, for example if a data source becomes unavailable.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
10. Changes and contact
