Privacy policy
1. Who we are
NinetyMins (the "app", package com.ninetymins.app) is published by Dream Group International · DreamIT ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app and this website handle, why, and your choices. Contact: hello@dreamithq.com.
2. Data we collect and why
| Data | When | Purpose | Shared? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Firebase installation ID and push (FCM) token — a random identifier for the app on your device | Only when you turn on an alert (tap the bell on a match) | To deliver the goal, wicket, kick-off and result alerts you asked for. Your token is subscribed to "topics" for the matches or teams you follow. | Processed by Google Firebase as our service provider. Not sold and not shared with anyone else. |
| Your followed matches and teams | When you follow something | To show your bell as on and remember your choices | No. Stored only on your phone. |
| Technical request data (IP address, device type, time) | Each time the app loads scores, tables or news | To deliver the content and protect the service from abuse | Processed by Cloudflare as our hosting provider. We do not build profiles or keep these logs. |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, files, payment information, health data, browsing history or advertising ID. The app has no sign-in and no user accounts.
3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push alerts) — Firebase privacy information.
- Cloudflare (hosting of our API, data feed and this website) — Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Sports data sources. Our servers fetch public scores, fixtures and statistics from third-party sports data sources (for example public ESPN score feeds and CricketData.org). Your device never contacts them, and we send them no information about you.
- Google Fonts (this website only) — loads the typefaces used on these pages.
The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
4. Retention
Followed teams stay on your device until you unfollow them, clear the app's data or uninstall it. Firebase keeps a push token while the app is installed. Tokens of uninstalled or inactive apps expire automatically (Firebase treats tokens as stale after about 270 days of inactivity). Cloudflare processes request data transiently to serve each request.
5. Security
All traffic between the app, our servers and Firebase is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Server credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never included in the app.
6. Your choices and rights
- Turn alerts off by tapping the bell on a match and switching the toggles off, or disable notifications for NinetyMins in your phone's settings.
- Delete everything by uninstalling the app or using Settings › Apps › NinetyMins › Storage › Clear data. See Delete your data.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal data. Because we hold no account data, most requests are completed by the steps above. You can also email us and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
NinetyMins is a general sports app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Firebase and Cloudflare operate worldwide, so data such as a push token may be processed outside your country under their standard safeguards.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or on this page.
